Shipping times may vary.
-1 Day Handling
-Overnight and up to 2 days for Adelaide (and Melbourne if orders are placed before 2pm.)
-All other states up to 3-5 days (Express and Regular Post)
Unless the purchaser makes arrangements to collect goods ordered from K-Tech Electrical premises, K-Tech Electrical will deliver the goods to the purchaser and the purchaser shall pay a delivery charge at K-Tech Electrical prevailing rate for the purchaser’s area at the date of sale.
Risk in the goods passes to the purchaser on collection from K-Tech Electrical or on dispatch, whichever the cause may be.

Payment and Orders
On completion of your order, you have the option to pay by credit card, PayiD or by bank transfer. We do not charge any credit card fees. There is a surcharge on PayPal services. Payment for international shipments is by bank transfer only and will incur an international payment fee.
All Transactions initiated via Internet banking or via website we require a copy of your drivers licence for identification purposes.
The purchase of the goods takes place at the time of order and payment. We can not accept an order cancellation once the shipment of goods is in process.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To return a K-Tech Electrical product, you must download a Return Authorization form. Please ensure you read and understand the Return Authorization form before returning any K-Tech Electrical product. Any product returned to K-Tech Electrical without a Return Authorization form will be returned to you un-handled.
Please ensure that you are 100% certain that a product is faulty before you send it back. If you are unsure, please call us, we are happy to help!
30 DAY CHANGE OF MIND GUARANTEE
- Products returned for change of mind can be returned for a store credit, a refund is not available for change of mind.
- You may return your product for change of mind within 30 days of us dispatching your purchase to you.
- Returns for change of mind must that are returned in the original undamaged packaging and include all the unit’s accessories will incur a 10% restocking fee.
- Returns for change of mind must that are returned without the original undamaged packaging or without the unit’s accessories will incur a 30% restocking fee.
- Returns for change of mind will be credited in the amount you paid for the product, less any initial delivery charges.
- To receive a store credit for change of mind, you must return the product(s) at your own cost.
- Once we receive your product, we will confirm the original packaging and product contents are present and undamaged. Once it is confirmed we will issue a store credit.

WARRANTY & RETURNS
K-Tech Electrical offers a 12 month warranty on all products from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated, Our K-Tech Lithium Cranking and Deep Cycle Range Offers between 36-48 months). K-Tech Electrical warrants its products against defects in materials and/or workmanship. This is further to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Naturally the warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by us to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance).
PAYMENTS
Payments made using Amex or Diners will attract a 3% surcharge. Approved credit customers agree to pay accounts in full without deduction within 30 days after EOM. In the event of default the customer agrees to pay all administration, legal and bank fees arising as a result of failing to pay their account in full by the due date together with interest calculated at the rate of 15 % Per annum from the due date on a daily basis for the amount outstanding.
RECOVERY COSTS
The customer shall pay all costs and expenses incurred by K-Tech Electrical, its legal advisors, mercantile agents and others in respect of any action instituted or being considered against the customer, whether for debt, possession of any products otherwise.
